Chai was tasty, had a raspberry scone with icing, so much fruit it was very satisfying. Tried the famous cinnamon bun with icing. Found the outside good, the dough on the inside was flavourless. Would still go back for sure though!
Awesome coffee!!! Very friendly place, sweet deck to sit on and enjoy the locally roasted coffee. I was holidaying from Australia, been 3 weeks out of country and today I found the best coffee so far this trip. Roast on mate, keep the great taste coming.
We went last weekend to Black Sheep coffee in Turner Valley as we had heard of the place from some friends. We weren’t to sure what to order so our host Tyler provided a suggestion and we agreed and ordered two of the same. After making our coffees Tyler asked us if we had ever been to Sheep River Falls. We hadn’t and he stated that if we had time we should take the drive as the falls are beautiful. Not only was the service and coffee wonderful the falls were beautiful. Thank you Tyler for the great service and telling us about the falls. We will make the drive from Calgary again to Black Sheep Coffee
The prices are fair and the coffee is so yum. As soon as you enter you are welcomed with a fresh coffee aroma. We also tried their daily muffin - which was cranberry muffin in this particular day, and it was delish. Everything is freshly prepared and so it feels so good. Must visit on your way to waterton or calgary. Or may be just go on a long drive to have a coffee date.

I'm sure this is an odditiy and it usually is when an establishment has a 4.9 star rating with 114 reviews. We were in on the weekend and when we walked in we weren't greeted and we actually stood around for the better part of 5 or 6 minutes without a smile or a hello or "we'll get right to you". It was a saturday morning about 8:15 AM and there was maybe one other order ahead of us. When the young lady finally did come to take our order she was very polite and helpful. I just usually find it odd that someone isn't greeted or acknowledged as they come in. It did leave me with a feeling of wanting to try another coffee shop
During our latest outing to the Black Sheep Coffee Company, my friend and I decided to bring my friend's cat, Hagrid, along for the walk. To our delight, Hagrid turned out to be quite fond of the coffee shop's patio ambiance. The food and drinks are top-notch, Kevin does an amazing job with the baked goods, and the staff is friendly and sincere. Our long walks always culminate in a visit to this delightful coffee spot. It’s THE place to go!
This place is such a gem! The coffee is incredible and roasted in house. The barista is amazing. Their coffee is all that I have/serve at home.. It's a win every time. There are wares from local people.. If you haven't picked up Hot Honey, you're missing out. Pick up, sit inside, or enjoy the patio. Just go!
